Converted Stone Barn on a 17th Century Farm

Sleeps 2/4, one bedroom. Large open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave  room with a fridge leading to a spacious downstairs bathroom which has a bath with shower over; hand basin and lavatory. Use of the owners washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room has a dining table and chairs, sofa bed and chairs and a colour TV.  French windows opening onto a balcony with glorious views across the valley. There are beams throughout the cottage and a high ceiling in the living room making the property feel spacious and airy. The open stairs lead to a galleried bedroom which is curtained off, There is a double bed and stone featured walls, a camp bed and travel cot are available if required. Bed linen is provided, electricity and oil central heating inclusive. Guests are requested to refrain from smoking in the cottage. One well behaved dog is welcome.

The cottage is located in a quiet country lane two thirds of a mile from the village of Cwmdu which has the benefit of a locally run 17th Century Inn leased from the National Trust complete with it's own restaurant, post office and general stores. There is stabling and twelve acres of grazing available if visitors wish to bring their horse, there are miles of small country lanes and many picturesque walks. Situated in the Towy Valley there are panoramic views.
