Meeting 4th June 2009
Members present - 13 no. 

Apologies : Kathy Lovatt, Kate and Edwin Arblaster, Paul Faulkner, 
Edith Rutherford, Alan and Bella King, Huw Gelli. 

Matters Arising from Minutes of the Last Meeting : 

* Nigel - £10 reimbursement agreed for gas used for BBQ 
* Colin will print comment cards for restaurant customers to fill in. 
* Philip will ask Kath if she is doing a feedback sheet for the shop. 
* Electricity supply for Fete Day has been checked and certified. 
* Philip to check with Paul F. re. refurbishment of upstairs room. 
* Padlock needed on upstairs store room. Colin volunteered. 
Business report: 

Finance : April / May accounts show continuing increase in 
sales for both the bar and the shop. Events insurance renewed -
£160. New tent has been purchased. 

Kitchen : Mari, ( Llangadog ), will continue cooking. Jenny and 
David will continue cooking once a month. We need to find at least 
one more cook to ensure that we can offer meals every Saturday. 
No cook available for Sunday lunches. 
Shop: Thanks to Pam for helping cover Kath!s days off. 

Forthcoming events: 

June 27th -Fete Day. Plans finalised for most events, 
stalls, displays, competitions, evening entertainment etc. Refer to 
Philip!s planner. 
Pam and Duncan have agreed to give out flyers for Hywel!s 
Railway Competition as people come into the Fete. 
Volunteers needed on Friday 26th June at 7pm to help put up 
tents on the field and again on the Sunday to take them down. 
Elfed Wood will will do Bilingual commentary on the day leaving 
Philip free to oversee general organisation.

Volunteers from the National Trust. Philip was asked to get 
in touch and confirm dates and time available to work here.
