Alex and Rachel are becoming one of the favorite “guest chefs” at the Cwmdu Inn. They aim for their menus to be based around fresh seasonal produce, as organic as they can be, with full ‘farm to fork’ traceability of all their ingredients. Based around Llandeilo they are a local company but you may seem them throughout South Wales with their distinctive pink vintage caravan catering unit.
