Events in and around Cwmdu.
Many regular events are held in the Cwmdu Inn along with village events in the Pub garden or nearby field. We also feature events further afield of interest to locals and visitors alike.Important Information – Coronavirus
We continue to publish this page and many events in the future may appear to be going ahead but please note that we will be guided by advice or requirements from Government and our own assessment of the situation to do all we can to safeguard our volunteers, staff and community.
We will endeavour to update the information and look forward to being able to offer the range of community events that make the village so special and a favourite of so many people from near and far

Thanks for your enquiry. There will not be a village fete this year.
There have already been a number of village / community events such as the Beer Festival and boat race. Others are still to come, including the Cricket on the 21st July and Cider Tasting / Apple Day on the 5th and 6th October. Apple pressing will be available on the 6th and also 19th October.
Hope this helps and you area able to come along and enjoy an event in the village.

Please note that, as expected, the Community Christmas Dinner on Saturday 15th December is FULLY BOOKED. People are really looking forward to the evening and savouring their choice from Melanie’s menu.

Please note that the usual 1st Saturday of the month session in July in the Inn will instead take place a week later on Saturday 11.
