(Vegan version of this tasty Creole rice dish with tomatoes, celery, onion, pepper, paprika, butterbeans and garlic)

Mexican beef casserole (gf)
(beef cooked with honey, mustard, garlic and tomatoes)
( both served with leafy garnish and potatoes)

Lemon syllabub (gf) with toasted almonds and shortbread
