(free range chicken cooked in a casserole with spices,cranberries and butternut squash)

Spiced aubergine bake served with dauphinoise potatoes and sauteed cabbage (vg,gf)
(baked aubergine cooked with onions, tomatoes, garlic, spices, flaked almonds and fresh corriander)

Pork loin steak with dauphinoise potatoes and sautéed cabbage (gf)
(pork cooked in marinade of parsley, garlic, onions and maple syrup)

Frangipane with spiced apple compote (gf)
