Baked red peppers stuffed with giant vegetable couscous

served with a mixed salad and crusty bread (v, vg, df)

Tomato, Goat’s cheese and Chorizo frittata

served with a mixed salad and crusty bread

Mains

Bacon wrapped chicken breast

served with dauphinoise potatoes and a green bean salad

or

Mixed bean chilli

served in tacos with guacamole, tomato salsa and a green bean salad(v, vg, df)

Desserts

Chocolate and raspberry cheesecake(v, vg, df)

or

Nikki’s honey mousse served with pepper biscuits(v)

All meals are homemade where possible. Cooked and served from the Cwmdu Community Kitchen by volunteers
