Slow roasted Ffoslas hogget and butter bean stew

served with creamy mashed potato

Spiced pumpkin, butterbean and spinach stew

served with rice(v, vg, df, gf)

Desserts

Ginger cake served with poached quince and crème fraiche(v)

or

Chocolate cheesecake with blackberry coulis(v, vg, df)
