Starters

Cauliflower and pepper salad with pumpkin seeds, capers, anchovies and olives vg if anchovies omitted

Mains

Vegetable cassoulet – mushrooms, herbs, smoked tofu, carrots, celery and beans served with crusty bread vg

or

Moroccan chicken – free range chicken breast cooked with vegetables, herbs and spices and served with feta cheese and crusty bread

Desserts

Lemon cheesecake served with or without cream

or

Chocolate brownie and ice cream (vg)

All meals are homemade where possible. Cooked and served from the Cwmdu Community Kitchen by volunteers
